Six Three Furnished Suites is a locally owned and operated company. Founded in 2007, Six Three offers a variety of furnished properties for all tastes and budgets located in Regina's finest areas.

When you stay with Six Three you are NOT a tenant, but rather a valued client and that means you will have our constant care and attention for your entire stay. Our suites and homes represent our passion for modern, sustainable, clean and comfortable design. We love Regina and we can't wait to introduce our clients to this beautiful city and many of the amenities and local businesses within it.

If you are a corporate traveller, the victim of an insurable disaster, or simply new to the city of Regina and learning about your new surroundings, Six Three can offer you all of the comforts of home. Who We Are

MATT PINCH, President & CEO

Matt founded Six Three after his own corporate travel experiences left him tired of hotels and looking for something more. With a growing need for furnished accomodations in the city of Regina, he aimed to combine his passion for renovations and design with his experience growing customer service based businesses and from this Six Three was born.

Matt is a Chartered Accountant (but don't hold that against him). He enjoys fishing, golfing, cooking and spending time at the lake with his family and he is an avid football fan. Mostly Matt enjoys meeting new people and sharing a pint of Guiness at any opportunity.

JOCELYN CANNON, Manager of Operations

Jocelyn takes care of everything. Seriously, she is really good. Need to know the best places for coffee in Regina? Ask Joc. Need a haircut? Joc will tell you where to go. Need a good joke? Joc's jokes are lame but she will help you anyways.

Joc enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Juno, reading, travelling, being a "foodie" and she is crazy about design and loves living in the city of Regina.
